The Firm was founded in 1989, when Gerald (Jerry) Berry opened his office as a solo practitioner.  Prior to founding the Firm, Jerry had spent 5 years as a Florida prosecutor, and another 5 years in private practice with other local firms.  Once established, the firm grew over several years as Jerry brought in Donald Day, Shannon McFee and Janeice Martin, each of whom had previously gained valuable experience working at the State Attorney’s Office.  The firm has now grown to include a total of 7 attorneys and 12 staff persons.
