Kristen E. Rodger is an associate
attorney in the firm of Berry, Day, McFee and Martin, P.A., located in Naples,
Florida. She graduated with honors from Kean University in New Jersey
where she was a double major in Political Science and Criminology. She
received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in December of
2000.
She was formerly an Assistant Public
Defender in the 20th Circuit before going into private practice. While at
the Public Defender's Office, Ms. Rodger handled hundreds of criminal cases.
Ms Rodger is a member of the Florida
Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where she previously served on the
board of directors, and the past president of the Collier County Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the Collier County Women's Bar
Association, and the Young Lawyers Division.
She has handled several hundred DUI
administrative review hearings and has worked closely with Mr. Day on all
felony and misdemeanor cases. Since leaving the Public Defender's Office
she has worked with Mr. Day on hundreds of criminal cases as simple as driving
offenses and as complex as first degree murders.
