Kristen E. Rodger is an attorney in the firm of Berry, Day, & McFee P.A., located in Naples, Florida. She graduated with honors from Kean University in New Jersey where she was a double major in Political Science and Criminology. She received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in December of 2000. She was formerly an Assistant Public Defender in the 20th Judicial Circuit before going into private practice. For the first six and a half years in private practice, Ms. Rodger has worked closely with Donald Day on hundreds of criminal cases as simple as driving offenses and as complex as first degree murders. She now handles her own caseload and represents those accused of felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence, and traffic matters. Ms. Rodger is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where she previously served on the board of directors, and the past president of the Collier County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the Collier County Women’s Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division.
