Shannon McFee is a partner in the
law firm of Berry Day McFee & Martin. P.A., in Naples, Florida. He
received his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology from the University of
South Florida in 1990 and obtained his law degree with honors from Florida
State University in December of 1992.
Mr. McFee served as an Assistant State
Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit prior to joining Jerry Berry and
Donald Day in their criminal defense practice. He has served two terms as
president of the Collier County Bar Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and
was a member of the Florida Bar's Traffic Rules Committee. He has
previously lectured at FACDL and Florida Bar functions on matters relating to
DUI defense and juvenile defense. Mr. McFee has also written several
articles for the Florida Defender Magazine dealing with juvenile defense and
DUI defense matters.
In his spare time, Mr. McFee serves as
the Girls Basketball coach at St. John Neumann High School and enjoys
officiating basketball and football.
